Delivery

Whenever possible, we deliver items personally using our own van to minimise the risk of courier mishandling or damage. As we are based in London, we can typically offer hand delivery within a 100-mile radius, delivering the equipment directly to your doorstep. If you are located further away, we will arrange shipment via courier.

All items are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely. We understand how valuable and unique each piece is, and we take every precaution to protect it during transit.

We primarily use DHL, as they have proven to be the most reliable courier, usually offering next working day delivery. If you would prefer us to use an alternative courier, such as FedEx, UPS, or another of your choosing, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate this request. Please note that next-day deliveries do not typically operate on weekends, although a Saturday-guaranteed delivery can be arranged upon request. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may take up to three working days and cannot always be guaranteed for next-day arrival.

Shipping is free for standard-size items within Mainland UK. For larger or bulkier items, or for deliveries outside Mainland UK, an additional charge may apply depending on the size and weight of the item.

Collection from our workshop is also available and free of charge for all items. Please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment.

We take full responsibility for all items during shipping. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon delivery and provide a description along with photographs of the damage, as this may be required to submit a claim with the courier.
